CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel 21 days prior to your arrival date we will return the deposit you paid.
If the notification is made less than 21 days prior to your arrival date your deposit will be retained by us unless we are able to fill your canceled reservation.
If you rent with less than 21 days anticipated we will only refund money if we rent the unit again for the same dates.
A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is requested upon booking. A reminder of the reservation balance will be sent 30 days before your arrival date.

This place is a great place to stay if you want quietness, the beach just around one block, and a comfortable place to relax. We enjoyed it so much that we will repeat it. Recommend it!
You can't beat the location! Right at the steps beach, which is my favorite place to snorkel in the entire PR. The place is very good and 100% worth the price.

Live in Puerto Rico and travell to Rincón and other PR beaches a lot. This place was excellent for our weekend get away with the kids. Very clean cozy apartament located a few steps from Tres Palmas Marine Reserve. Stayed with my spouse and two children and really enjoyed it. Jennifer, the property manager, was responsive to all our inquiries from before booking. The apartment in pasrt of a two story house. It is on the first floor and there is another apartment available on the first floor. The listing stated that the property does not have a/c but both bedrooms had the a/c recently installed. The kitchen is fully equiped with microwave, coffee maker, full range and oven, pots, pans cooking utensils, etc. Look forward to going back! Airbnb

“The location is great- literally only a few steps away from the beach and very close to other amazing beaches for snorkeling, surfing, and diving. The host was very attentive and helpful whenever we had any questions. She even left us a cute little binder full of recommendations on what to do and letting us know which churches were nearby. There were cute little beach chairs laid out for us to use as well. The A/C and internet worked perfectly for us. There were only two main issues with the apartment itself that might affect your stay. I think that the biggest issue I had was that a clear beach path was missing. There were all sorts of debris on the old beach path and we had to go through some rocks to walk to the beach instead. I think the second main issue is that the building complex is a shared space which can be great for people who want to get to know more individuals and make friends, however not great for couples who want a romantic getaway. The main issue with the building being a shared space was that the other guests lacked privacy as there was no curtain (per them) to cover the see -through front door (you could basically look into their living room from outside if their living room light was on). The light in the shared hallway had to be off at night so it wouldn’t bother them when they were trying to sleep for these same reasons. Our side of of the apartment was completely private and we did not experience these issues at all. There were other minor issues with the apartment which we really didn’t care too much about but might’ve been an issue for other guests. Such as there was also some difficulty opening the bathroom door due to problems with the door hinge itself. There were also some pieces of wood and plant debris were gathered in a bundle outside in the yard and appeared to have been forgotten. The porch light wouldn’t turn on for us (maybe we just didn’t find the proper switch)- but this allowed us to look at the stars at night. And the fencing around the yard appeared to have been affected by the hurricane or the recent earthquakes. These are easy fixes and again it really didn’t bother us or affected our staying any way. Overall you are really paying for the great location. The beach is literally right in front of you and the town of Rincon is only a 3 minute drive away. There are many amazing beaches such as Steps, Domes, and others nearby. So many cute coffee shops and restaurants. It’s a really a great getaway for an affordable price.”(from airbnb)
