We stayed at Tropical Suites at 413 just days after the big earthquake hit Southern Puerto Rico. Unfortunately there were power outages throughout the island, and that left the unit without a/c or running water. We thought we were going to have to stay else where, but power was restored and we ended up enjoying our stay. The bed was really comfortable and the view is amazing. The outside space is terrific. Jennifer's unit has basic power supplied by her solar units. We would stay there again! Hope Jennifer and her fellow Puerto Ricans stay safe. Airbnb

“This space is absolutely perfect for couples. The pictures and description don’t do this quaint space any justice. The living room and bedroom areas are wide open and full off light, the clean modern style furnishings and abundant tile give it a cool Mediterranean feel. Although we caught our sunsets daily from one of the local bars you can be guaranteed the view from the roof top offers just the same if you stay home! There is a very small kitchenette, so if you cook often this space wouldn’t be ideal. But, who cooks with a dozen great spots to eat a 5 minute drive away. “We stayed here for four nights and weren't ready to leave by the end of it! It's a great place to stay in Rincon, and has one of the best views of the ocean down below. The apartment was very spacious and clean. We really enjoyed the upstairs porch, back porch, and pool area. There are multiple beaches within a 4-10 minute drive, and some you could walk to (15-20 minutes, if you're ok with walking back up hill). Lot's of great food close by- SANA farm stand and Jack's Shack were some of our favorites. This was our home base while we took trips to other parts on the west side of the island- the bio bay in La Parguera and Gozlandia Falls in San Sebastian, and it worked out really well. Jennifer's was place was very clean and spacious. She had everything that we needed and more from beach chairs to maps. Great communication even when we got a little lost on the way there. She let us check in later due to our flight coming in after midnight we really appreciated that. We rented a car and that made it really easy to get around, the place includes parking and that makes it really convenient. Airbnb

Jennifer was quick with responses and the apartment exceeded our expectations. Two views of the ocean and super close to the Beach House restaurant. We loved the modern design and how much room our place had. Would stay there again for sure. Airbnb

Lets start with the fact that the place has an amazing view, and to add to that, the living quarters are just so spacious with high ceilings which I love. Everything was nice and neat and I would definitely recommend to anyone. Airbnb
