Three-bedroom apartment with beautiful mountain views just a 4-minute drive from Almendros Beach. This apartment has all you need for that desired vacation in Rincon. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware and utensils. There is a TV with Netflix, WiFi, balcony overlooking the mountains, and front entrance with outdoor sitting area. Comfortable for 6 guests.
Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel 21 days prior to your arrival date we will return the deposit you paid.
If the notification is made less than 21 days prior to your arrival date your deposit will be retained by us unless we are able to fill your canceled reservation.
If you rent with less than 21 days anticipated we will only refund money if we rent the unit again for the same dates.
Deposit Policy
A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is requested upon booking. A reminder of the reservation balance will be sent 30 days before your arrival date.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.

A very comfortable , private apartment in a quiet neighborhood, just as advertised. Host provided good instructions and directions to arrive and access the unit. She was very welcoming and communicative. Beach towels and chairs were provided in addition to the bath towels , which was very thoughtful and appreciated! The kitchen was very functional, with cookware, stove, microwave and refrigerator in excellent condition. Full bathrooms were comfortable and hot water was available. All house with A/C is definitely a plus in Rincón's weather! Definitely would recommend or return.

Was the perfect space with everything you need. Super clean and neatly organized. Damarys was absolutely amazing and was available whenever we had any questions. Great location near many beaches and downtown. I would definitely return when traveling back and highly recommend!
