La Casita is a two-story house where you will have the tranquillity and commodities that you're looking for in the heart of Rincon, at the same time a good nightlife and gastronomy just a few steps away or go for a walk to our beautiful beaches in less than half-mile away.
La Casita has two separate villas just for you. The top floor has a full kitchen, small sitting area, bathroom, and one bedroom with a TV. The downstairs has a sitting area, another bedroom with a TV, and a bathroom. The pool is also downstairs which gives more privacy and it will be private just for you to cool off after a good day of surf or just to sit back and relax.
Please note this is a residential area so we ask you to consider neighbors. Noise or music is NOT allowed after 10 pm.
Other things to note
La Casita has two separate villas just for you which are not connected inside.

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel 21 days prior to your arrival date we will return the deposit you paid.
If the notification is made less than 21 days prior to your arrival date your deposit will be retained by us unless we are able to fill your canceled reservation.
If you rent with less than 21 days anticipated we will only refund money if we rent the unit again for the same dates.
Deposit Policy
A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is requested upon booking. A reminder of the reservation balance will be sent 30 days before your arrival date.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.

My wife and I stayed a few days on the property. We needed a break from the city life. The property is very close to town, you may walk to the Plaza if you want to, and very close to the best beaches by car. It’s located in a very quite neighborhood. We loved the tranquility of the area. After our beach days we came to the house and we cool off by the pool. The property has beach towels and the bed sheets, mattress and towels are top quality. We definitely want to go back!
