This was a great spot. We came to Rincon to enjoy the surfing and get out of the hustle and bustle of San Juan, and had such a lovely and relaxing time here. The apartment is very clean and cute. Great place to stay if you're looking for something different than San Juan. The terrace view was amazing, and the host was very responsive to our needs. They also provided good local recommendations to make exploring much easier. I would highly reccomend this to anyone looking for a private getaway in Puerto Rico. FYI, the roads getting to the apartment are good, but more narrow than roads in the US. Just take your time getting there, and enjoy your stay. It was wonderful!

“This was a lovely place to stay. The location was great, the hammock area above the unit was awesome and we loved using the binoculars to see nearly all the way to the beach. This was a great place to stay in a nice quiet neighbor hood very close to downtown Rincon and many beaches. The host had a very helpful binder with fun activities to do around the area. We went to the best snorkeling we had experienced in Peurto Rico and is was magical. Finally, she had the best wifi connection out of all of the places we'd stayed. We couldn't believe that there were two additional beds in the unit. This would be wonderful for families or friends to stay. Thank you so much! We had such a gorgeous and relaxing time.”

The family living next door was very friendly and a safe neighborhood. Just a three minute drive from my favorite beach in Rincón. Only downside is that the wifi didn’t work. "Great value. I loved the coffee maker, location, nature and balconies of the spae. There was one balcony I got to see so many stars at. I've never seen so many. I also say a shooting star. Just a beautiful beginning to my stay. Ther are plenty of places to sleep, one queen bed and two twin beds. Super comfortable. “The apartment's location is great, you can walk right down to sandy beach in ten minutes (though the uphill on the way back can be tough!). The provided parking spot is very handy. We loved the king sized bed and the rooftop balcony where you can see the water from a high vantage point. The place was comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay. Note that there is no generator in case of power outages, but luckily we didn't experience any outages during our time in Rincon. This is a great place to stay. Very inexpensive, clean and close to everything Rincon has to offer. Having a dedicated covered parking stall was ideal as most of the people in the neighborhood have to park in the street. Laly was a great host and really cared about our stay. She even gave us snorkeling gear so we could check out Steps Beach which was fantastic. We did experience a couple lengthy power outages which wasn't her fault but was kind enough to reimburse us for one night for the inconvenience. If you're on a budget and need a great place to stay, this is it 🙂 Airbnb

This place is unforgettable. You are surrounded by jungle and beach. Truly amazing. The apartment is so clean and the air conditioning cools everything down literally within ten minutes. There’s a rooftop patio that’s magical and lizards like to peek out while you’re outside. Be prepared to be sung to by the coqui because they are SO BEAUTIFUL AT NIGHT. Wouldn’t recommend walking to the beach because the hills are hardcore but driving is just minutes. Laly and her mother have a place in our hearts forever with their hospitality. Flor's home was exactly what we were looking for. Check-in and communication were great. The location is right in Puntas and not far from the beach. The house is very clean and space was great. The bunk beds were perfect for my son and Flor even allowed our two ducks to join us and stay on the rooftop terrace. This was a great experience for our family of 3. The location is perfect: beautiful views, convenient access to beaches and restaurants, and a short drive to the center of Rincón. Our host was very accommodating: flexible with our unpredictable arrival time, responded quickly to calls and messages, and even got a baby pool up on the roof for our daughter to play in. We were forewarned that the power goes out occasionally, and this happened within an hour of our arrival, but it came back on in less than an hour. As far as we know, it didn't go out again. The bedroom AC gets nice and cold, and the air circulates well throughout the entire place. We were surprised to have TV and WiFi, which weren't in the listing. The WiFi signal is decent in the same room as the router, but doesn't reach much further. The shower has one of those electric water heater things, which gets the water warm, not hot. Even when the power is out, though, the cool water is nice for a refreshing shower. The couch was a little uncomfortable, but the beds were nice. The fridge/freezer was a little hard to figure out, but it kept our food and drinks cold. One really thoughtful touch is the binder with information about local businesses, beaches, day trips, taxis, and other recommendations. We would definitely stay here again next time we visit Rincón!
