This is NOT a party house! No music or loud noises allowed after 10pm as this is a residential neighborhood.
Large family home divided into two units. The main unit has two levels. The living area, kitchen, dining table and balcony are on the first level and the three bedrooms are on the second level. Each bedroom has its own private full bathroom. One bed is king and the other two are queen size.There is a two bedroom apartment below. Each bedroom has a full and a twin size bed, also a bathroom on each. There is another full kitchen and living area in this level.
The pool area is private and available for guests to use until 10 pm.
Parking space for up to 4 cars.
The property is private for guests.
A starter supply of toiletries is provided.

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel 21 days prior to your arrival date we will return the deposit you paid.
If the notification is made less than 21 days prior to your arrival date your deposit will be retained by us unless we are able to fill your canceled reservation.
If you rent with less than 21 days anticipated we will only refund money if we rent the unit again for the same dates.
Deposit Policy
A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is requested upon booking. A reminder of the reservation balance will be sent 30 days before your arrival date.
