-Spiral staircase (not for kids use) to access the rooftop area with great ocean views, hammocks and sitting area to enjoy the view and sunsets. At night this will be perfect for star gazing.
-One bedroom has two bunk beds (full size at the bottom and twin size on top)
-Master bedroom has a queen size bed and a bunk bed (both twin size beds)
-Two full baths (one in the hallway and one in the master room).

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel 21 days prior to your arrival date we will return the deposit you paid.
If the notification is made less than 21 days prior to your arrival date your deposit will be retained by us unless we are able to fill your canceled reservation.
If you rent with less than 21 days anticipated we will only refund money if we rent the unit again for the same dates.
Deposit Policy
A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is requested upon booking. A reminder of the reservation balance will be sent 30 days before your arrival date.
