This beachfront penthouse located on the 7th and 8th floor offer breathtaking ocean views from all the living areas, bedrooms, and terraces. Enjoy amazing sunset views while using the grill on your own private terrace! This luxurious unit has granite countertops in both kitchens and bathrooms, fine decor, and outstanding amenities. The first level has the living room, full kitchen, one bedroom with king-size bed, one full bathroom, laundry, and balcony. You can get to the second level through the spiral staircase or through the elevator also. The master bedroom occupies the second level, providing lots of privacy and space. There is another full bathroom and a kitchenette upstairs. The best part of this unit is the terrace where you can enjoy your meals, use the BBQ, sunbathe, read a book, and of course, drink a cocktail with the best view! There is beach access on the side, communal swimming pool facilities, and gazebos.

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel 21 days prior to your arrival date we will return the deposit you paid.
If the notification is made less than 21 days prior to your arrival date your deposit will be retained by us unless we are able to fill your canceled reservation.
If you rent with less than 21 days anticipated we will only refund money if we rent the unit again for the same dates.
Deposit Policy
A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is requested upon booking. A reminder of the reservation balance will be sent 30 days before your arrival date.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.

The only bad thing about this place is that eventually you will have to leave. From the location to how thoughtfully and well appointed the space is, we felt totally at home. The views. The size of the space. The vibe of the town. It’s so unique. I have never felt as instantly calm on a vacation. AND THE LITTLE BEACH! I can’t say enough. We loved it and will be back!

This Airbnb is certainly one of my favorite stays by far. My fiancé and I accompanied another couple and it was the perfect space to ensure alone time while having the common area to gather as well. I can’t speak highly enough on the space, location, and accommodations. I enjoyed the stay so much that I wish to book this again on our next trip to Rincon. I have no major complaints other than there being a few sightings of ants… but nothing that was bothersome. 10/10 I hope to stay again.

This place is beautiful, accurate to the pictures, very clean and close to many areas! It is very spacious, and one of my favorite spots was the outdoor patio where you have a beautiful view of the ocean. I would most definitely book this place again. Jennifer is a great host and very attentive and responsive!

Our stay was for a few days but this rental had everything needed for a long stay. If anything additional is needed all it takes is just a short drive. Grounds were kept well but the pool needed to be cleaned. Great ocean views. I definitely recommend this place

Jennifer's condo in Rincon is absolutely beautiful. We saw the most spectacular sunsets from the balcony and loved our stay at this spacious and beautiful home. The building was quiet and peaceful, very clean, and situated on a beautiful (and basically private) beach! We were ~10 mins away from the major surfing beaches (Maria's, Domes, and Sandy), and ~5 mins away from the grocery store and plenty of restaurants.
We would gladly come here again!

Just W O W ! This condo is so beautiful and in a great location. The beds are super comfy. We spent so much time on the terrace (especially me since I was working from there) and the sunsets were just amazing. WiFi is very stable if you are also planning to work from there. The condo has its own private pool and private entrance to the beach.

The apartment is in a great location, close to the center of Rincon. Being a duplex apartment, you have 2 completely independent living areas, whether you are traveling with kids or with friends, it still feels private. The outdoor kitchen is really fun for BBQs and sunset cocktails.
