Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel 21 days prior to your arrival date we will return the deposit you paid.
If the notification is made less than 21 days prior to your arrival date your deposit will be retained by us unless we are able to fill your canceled reservation.
If you rent with less than 21 days anticipated we will only refund money if we rent the unit again for the same dates.
Deposit Policy
A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is requested upon booking. A reminder of the reservation balance will be sent 30 days before your arrival date.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.

his is a hidden gem, I loved this place! Went there for a weekend, ended up stain 2 weeks. Place was clean, and had everything i needed for my stay. Close to everything,but peaceful and quiet at the same time. Has a great view of the mountains, and just minutes to the beach.Jennifer was easy to contact,and checking was a breeze. I definitely recommended!

Me and my husband absolutely loved this place. It was so peaceful in the mountains. The view is amazing. We loved the comfort from the neighborhood. The host was very attentive, friendly and welcoming. We were just a few minutes from the beautiful, peaceful beach almendros. Amendros beach was our favorite out of the 4 we visited. Close by is many restaurants and groceries. We literally come down from the mountain to beaches and Rincon life. Loved this place and would definitely recommend returning. Perfect for couples.
