This penthouse unit is located on the 5th floor. There are two elevators in the building. The main level has the living area, full kitchen, laundry master bedroom with a private bathroom, second bedroom, and bathroom in the hallway. The spiral staircase will take you to the terrace area where you will find another bedroom, a bathroom, kitchenette.
The condominium has gated access, swimming pool facilities, a gazebo, a small gym, and front access to the road that will lead you to the beach. The beach is just right across the street.
Please remember that you're staying in a condominium, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.
Extra toiletries are not supplied.

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel 21 days prior to your arrival date we will return the deposit you paid.
If the notification is made less than 21 days prior to your arrival date your deposit will be retained by us unless we are able to fill your canceled reservation.
If you rent with less than 21 days anticipated we will only refund money if we rent the unit again for the same dates.
Deposit Policy
A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is requested upon booking. A reminder of the reservation balance will be sent 30 days before your arrival date.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.
