Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel 21 days prior to your arrival date we will return the deposit you paid.
If the notification is made less than 21 days prior to your arrival date your deposit will be retained by us unless we are able to fill your canceled reservation.
If you rent with less than 21 days anticipated we will only refund money if we rent the unit again for the same dates.
Deposit Policy
A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is requested upon booking. A reminder of the reservation balance will be sent 30 days before your arrival date.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.

This is a fantastic place to stay! Awesome views and the sounds are incredible - the ocean waves on Sandy beach can be heard from the balcony and the coqui in the jungle outside sing you to sleep. The location is perfect and the property has everything you need. Great pool. The kitchen is well equipped and the layout of the apartment is perfect for a small group. I would definitely book it again.

Easy to find, lock box key access for the usual late night arrivals, magnificent view, beach and food down the block, central to all beaches, town, restaurants in Rincon. Nothing fancy and a bit dingy, could use a deep clean and a few simple updates but hey you are in the Caribbean, water warm, sun shining -get out of the house and catch some waves

Great location. Secure parking. Both the balcony and the rooftop offer ocean views, with cool breezes. AC in every room. Short walk to all the Puntas eateries and beach access. The unit itself offers the very basics, which serves the purpose for a country style beach getaway. The “Penthouse” aspect is more so the units layout, and less so the amenities, but for Rincón you will feel right at home. I would be happy to stay here again.

“Very beautiful location, with several nice restaurants at the foot of the hill. Fully-equipped kitchen. Jennifer is very responsive and answers questions immediately.
