Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel 21 days prior to your arrival date we will return the deposit you paid.
If the notification is made less than 21 days prior to your arrival date your deposit will be retained by us unless we are able to fill your canceled reservation.
If you rent with less than 21 days anticipated we will only refund money if we rent the unit again for the same dates.
Deposit Policy
A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is requested upon booking. A reminder of the reservation balance will be sent 30 days before your arrival date.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.

I felt right at home here at Oceanview Terrace. It was obvious that they take care of this place and it had plenty of towels and kitchen things. All my questions were answered promptly beforehand and they checked in with me after to see if I needed anything. I would stay here again if I come back

We loved staying here! We visit Rincon a few times a year and always stay in the neighborhood. This place was clean, everything worked properly and the location is great. And FYI for those who work remotely, the internet worked great! We would definitely stay there again one day

My family and I absolutely loved our stay here. The pool was awesome and the walk to the beach was perfect. We spent 2 weeks in Puerto Rico and stayed at multiple rentals- this was BY FAR our favorite. Clean, quiet, and extremely comfortable. We can’t wait to stay again!
