Enjoy your vacations in Rincon without hurting your wallet. This three-bedroom house is located very close to the town area (you can walk if desired) and a short drive from the beaches.
Comfortable and affordable home with three bedrooms with a/c and one bathroom. The house has high-speed WiFi, smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, and Tubi tv (no cable), off-street parking for one car, washer/dryer, and back patio. The kitchen is fully equipped for guests to prepare their own meals. The master and second bedrooms each have a queen-size bed. The third bedroom has a bunk bed that is full and twin and a separate twin bed. It sleeps up to 8 guests. There are a couple of beach chairs for guests to use. A charcoal BBQ is provided also for guests to cook on the back patio.
The house is simple but will provide a great space to enjoy Rincon. This is a residential area, therefore no parties are allowed, music or loud talking outside after 10 pm is strictly prohibited also.

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel 21 days prior to your arrival date we will return the deposit you paid.
If the notification is made less than 21 days prior to your arrival date your deposit will be retained by us unless we are able to fill your canceled reservation.
If you rent with less than 21 days anticipated we will only refund money if we rent the unit again for the same dates.
Deposit Policy
A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is requested upon booking. A reminder of the reservation balance will be sent 30 days before your arrival date.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.

Thanks for a great stay in Rincon! Of all the places we stayed in Puerto Rico, we were sad how short our time was in Rincon. This home was comfortable and well stocked with essentials. Check in was super smooth. I loved being able to walk to town for dinner, and to the beach. Would stay again!

Very nice place - it was comfortable and cozy and the Christmas decorations in December were a nice touch! Lots of room, very clean, and within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the beach. Highly recommend it and would definitely stay again!

GREAT place! It has everything you need and Jennifer is great with communicating. It’s 5 mins from the beach we were very comfortable at this Airbnb. I would definitely stay again! The neighborhood is quiet and it’s easy to find! Loved it.
