The whole unit is private just for you and there is plenty of space to sleep 6 comfortably. Each room has an air conditioner and there is WiFi throughout the unit. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and two half bathrooms.
Enjoy over 2300 sq ft of space! Our place is relaxing and close to everything. The rooftop terrace is the perfect place to enjoy the evening after having fun at the beach all day. The terrace has a grill, an outdoor sitting area, and a half bathroom.
Known for its surfing and great nightlife, Puntas is the best location for your vacations in Rincon.
A starter supply of toiletries is provided. Guest must buy extras as needed.
*During December 2022 to February 2023 there will be painting outside the units and the terraces will be resealed. While this won't affect your stay directly it might affect the use of the terraces during some days. Workers are out after mid afternoon and our guests typically use the terraces during late afternoon/ night.

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel 21 days prior to your arrival date we will return the deposit you paid.
If the notification is made less than 21 days prior to your arrival date your deposit will be retained by us unless we are able to fill your canceled reservation.
If you rent with less than 21 days anticipated we will only refund money if we rent the unit again for the same dates.
Deposit Policy
A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is requested upon booking. A reminder of the reservation balance will be sent 30 days before your arrival date.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.

This is everything you need. We felt safe and super welcome the host made everything super easy. The house was so clean and comfy. The beds and pillows felt like a hotel. The mattress was amazing. Walking distance to the beach for the perfect sunsets and rise. Star gazing from the rooftop hangout we even saw shooting stars. just and amazing time we will be back!

BEAUTIFUL place in Rincon❤️ Perfect for families or just a romantic getaway. All you need is your personal belongings. The towns house has everything you may need to have an unforgettable vacation. Jennifer’s home was spacious, clean, comfortable and modern. It is close to the beach and some great island restaurants! We loved the rooftop terrace for morning coffee and the sounds of nature or late night drinks. I would recommend this home to anyone visiting Rincon and would stay here again.

I can’t possibly write a better review for this place!! It’s was huge, sparkling clean, very well furnished and maintained, and have some sweet little touches. Jennifer was always reachable and was super helpful with our concerns. The guidebook was just perfect and made our stay in Rincón the best experience ever. The internet is fast and stable, the TV was so convenient for airplay, and the ACs worked well. Would definitely recommend to everyone!

“We have stayed in many Airbnb condos in PR, working, and schooling remotely for the past few months, and this place beats them all! My 6 and 9 years old and husband and I stayed for a week and were so sad to leave. The apartment is newly renovated with gorgeous furnishings, firm comfortable beds with lots of pillows, and everything we needed in the kitchen. The 3rd-floor terrace is an open-air, fully furnished space where we ate all our meals listening to the ocean waves and bird songs. Our kids loved the pool and the pool noodles left for us to use. Although the condo itself is the best, the location is even better because you can walk to the beach in 2 minutes (swimming spots are about 10 minutes walk) and to Barefoot Yoga in 5 minutes where you can practice yoga outside gazing at the waves.”(from Airbnb)
