*During December 2022 to February 2023 there will be painting outside the units and the terraces will be resealed. While this won't affect your stay directly it might affect the use of the terraces during some days. Workers are out after mid afternoon and our guests typically use the terraces during late afternoon/ night.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel 21 days prior to your arrival date we will return the deposit you paid.
If the notification is made less than 21 days prior to your arrival date your deposit will be retained by us unless we are able to fill your canceled reservation.
If you rent with less than 21 days anticipated we will only refund money if we rent the unit again for the same dates.

Deposit Policy

A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is requested upon booking. A reminder of the reservation balance will be sent 30 days before your arrival date.

“It’s our second time staying here. We love the unit. It’s clean, comfortable, and roomy. Unit is just as it looks in the pictures. The complex also has a full power generator, meaning that local power outages will not affect your stay. The complex is also located right next to Sandy beach and super close to Steps, the best beach in Rincon.

“We loved the location of the apartment and the layout. The pool was also a great plus as well as the super simple layout. While the house was overall pretty clean there were a few things we noted needed attention. The placemats were pretty dirty and we removed them from the table and some of the rugs needed attention. Also there were times the ac smelled really musty. The last thing was the strange leak by the entry steps. We thought it was the rain we received on the first night but it never really went away so there were times we had to keep an eye on my toddler to make sure she didnt slip. “We love Rincon, but mostly we like staying close to Sandy Beach. The vibe in that area is super chill. The complex where the condo is located is great for families and the apartment is cozy and comfortable. The apt looks exactly as it does on the pictures. A cool thing also about that unit, that not all condos in that complex have, is an ocean view. I would’ve like some more kitchen utensils, like a pizza cutter, but overall we enjoyed our stay. The apt AC units keep you very cool at night. But before going to bed, go to the 3rd floor deck and star gaze for a while. Additionally, the apt has lots of towels and beach chairs.
