Location, location, location! These homes are ideally located near Sandy Beach. Just a walk down the driveway and another couple of hundred feet and you are there. You are within walking distance of several bars and restaurants, as well as a few shops and a colmado (convenience store). There's even an ATM machine at the foot of a driveway two doors down! The Casa Grande is large enough to hold a group of 10 comfortably, and the bedrooms all had air-conditioners that worked very well. There was enough parking for 4 cars and there is a large patio on the ground floor that was perfect for the children in our group to run around in, and built-in benches for adults to sit and supervise. The Pool House was bright and airy, and the pool an added bonus. Patio furniture needs to be either power washed or replaced. The walkway between the two houses was convenient. The rental agents were very pleasant to work with and dealt with any issues we had in a timely manner. Some fresh paint and deep cleaning would really make these homes amazing.

Cancellation Policy
A 5% cancellation fee apply to all reservations. If you cancel 21 days prior your arrival date we will return the deposit you paid, after deducting the 5% processing fee. If the notification is made less than 21 days prior to your arrival date your deposit will be retained by us, unless we are able to fill your cancelled reservation. If we are able to rent the unit again we will return your deposit after deducing 5% processing fee. If you rent with less than 21 days anticipated we will only refund money if we rent the unit again for your same dates. You can change your dates free of charge.

Please be aware all or part of the amount that is being charged to your credit card may be forfeited according to our cancellation policy stated below: Any and all notices of cancellations, for any reason, are to be made in writing. Your account will be charged 10% of the total reservation amount with a $200 per villa minimum as a cancellation fee. If/When a notice is received more than 90 days before the rental date, all attempts to re-rent the property will be made. If the property does not get re-rented, any deposits or prepaid rental fees will be forfeited and you would be liable for the amount of that reservation. If the property does get re-rented, the amount of money collected will be credited to your account. Example: You had 1 week rental and we re-rented it for 6 days, you get 100% of what we collect (6 days) and will not get credit for the 1 day. If less than a 90 day notice is given, 100% of all money collected will be retained. If you think you may have to cancel and are concerned about losing your deposit, we recommend that you purchase travel insurance. Some suggested sites are Insure My Trip. or Quotewright. They search for the best travel insurance prices for you. What if I have to change my dates? When a reservation is made those dates are reserved for you and we start turning away other guests that make inquires for that time or unit. If you need to move those dates back or forward a bit, (still renting same amount of days) we try to be flexible, but a $200 change fee may apply. If you wish to increase the length of your stay, we will be happy to do so based on availability. But if you decrease the length of your stay, it becomes harder to do since we had those dates reserved you and may have turned away future guests because you had them reserved. That is the reason we do not allow any decrease in the length of your stay and treat any decrease in the total number of days, or number of units you are renting the same as a cancellation. Deposit Policy
A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is requested upon booking. A reminder of the reservation balance will be sent 30 days before your arrival date.
