Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel 21 days prior to your arrival date we will return the deposit you paid.
If the notification is made less than 21 days prior to your arrival date your deposit will be retained by us unless we are able to fill your canceled reservation.
If you rent with less than 21 days anticipated we will only refund money if we rent the unit again for the same dates.
Deposit Policy
A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is requested upon booking. A reminder of the reservation balance will be sent 30 days before your arrival date.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.

Such a beautiful place! I really enjoyed it, close to things you’d need like grocery stores, restaurants pharmacy etc. yet Its a quite location right on the beach. The hosts are very helpful and will guide you with anything you need. I hope to come back soon 🙂

The place was clean. Has hot water, good internet and garage. We already recommended this place to our family members.

More than we expected. Area was very clean, just a few footsteps from the island beach and perfect fenced area for kids. We didn't find the need to leave the apartment at all. Very equipped and host was always available to answer any questions or requests.

Me and my family stayed here for 2 nights and probably should have just rented out the whole place for a month! To wake up and have your own little slice of heaven in the backyard is wonderful. My pops and I went out drinking with the locals in the little Pueblo nearby (walking distance) and had the time of our lives. Definitely have to stay here if you’re in town! Only 5 minutes to Rincon too so you can be near the town without being in it! Will 100% stay here again.

We absolutely love this place! It's our second time here and we plan to go back as much as we can. Almost totally private experience. The beach and location are stunning. Only about a 5-minute drive to Rincon if you want some nightlife. It's perfect.

Great place to stay! Nice quiet street beach front, Sandy beaches no reef for a couple hundred yards out back. Awesome sunrises and sunsets. Listened to the coquis and crashing waves all night was perfect. All around 12/10

Excellent for relaxing, beach is at the end of the green grass patio. Hammock and chairs verry usefull, nice space with kitchen garage for 2 cars. Good restaurants withing 5 minutes by car. will definetly come back soon.

This is my first time using the Airbnb app so I wasn’t sure what was going to happen. The host Jennifer has great communication so we felt comfortable with our first experience. Perfect place to get away and have a private beachfront property!!!! The beach is very secluded and for the most part you are alone and can be like the whole entire beach is all yours!!! “The beach here is AMAZING, its literally your backyard. There is a little skip and hop down (like 3-4 feet rocky hill) to the sand and beach but if you go towards the left you can see a sand trail to follow down so you don't have to go over all the rocks. This place has a ranch feeling to it its peaceful and secluded. Since there is barely lights in the town the stars are very visible and sleeping with the waves in the background was so relaxing. Great place and amazing view/backyard! We had almost everything we needed at the house and if we needed anything extra, the store was just a few minutes away in car. The rooms are big and roomy with more than enough beds for a family of 5! You basically have the beach to yourself since the only was to access it is through the backyard! Overall, perfect isolated place to stay during a pandemic and even more so during normal times!

“The most relaxing and beautiful vacation I have ever had and it's all due to this place! The location with the private beach is absolutely gorgeous! We spent most of our time there. But it's a short drive to Rincon for bars and restaurants and more beautifulness. There aren't any stairs down to the beach, so that was somewhat treacherous. But we made it work!
