As soon as you enter the door you are greeted with this spacious and serene space with amazing ocean view. Swing and enjoy the sunset on this spectacuar unit located on the first floor. There are two bedrooms with queen size bed in each and two full baths (one in the master bedroom). There is an open living are with a sofabed that can sleep 2 more guests, a covered balcony facing the ocean, a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, and all the amenities you will need for a perfect escape!
There is no direct beach access but you can walk less than 3 minutes to it (210 meters). This area is south of Rincon which means there is no surfing and the beach is calmer.

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel 21 days prior to your arrival date we will return the deposit you paid.
If the notification is made less than 21 days prior to your arrival date your deposit will be retained by us unless we are able to fill your canceled reservation.
If you rent with less than 21 days anticipated we will only refund money if we rent the unit again for the same dates.
Deposit Policy
A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is requested upon booking. A reminder of the reservation balance will be sent 30 days before your arrival date.
