Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space with amazing ocean and sunset views. You will definitely relax hearing the ocean and seeing the most beautiful sunsets! The unit is located on the 4th floor providing great ocean views and breeze throughout the unit. There are two elevators for guests' convenience.
Spacious two bedroom with 2 baths (one in the master bedroom). There is an open living area, a covered balcony facing the ocean, a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, and in-unit laundry.
There is no direct beach access but you can walk less than 3 minutes to it (210 meters). This area is south of Rincon which means there is no surfing and the beach is calmer.
Restaurants and bars and 3 minutes away in a car.

We only provide a starter kit of "toiletries". Guest must buy more as needed.

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel 21 days prior to your arrival date we will return the deposit you paid.
If the notification is made less than 21 days prior to your arrival date your deposit will be retained by us unless we are able to fill your canceled reservation.
If you rent with less than 21 days anticipated we will only refund money if we rent the unit again for the same dates.
Deposit Policy
A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is requested upon booking. A reminder of the reservation balance will be sent 30 days before your arrival date.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay! Jennifer provided check-in instructions well in advance, and when we arrived the apartment was spacious and exactly as pictured. It was so peaceful waking up to the sound of the waves and we loved having coffee every morning on the balcony overlooking the water (the apartment is literally on the water!!). The balcony may have been our favorite part as we even enjoyed watching the beautiful sunsets from out there too - the outdoor furniture looks brand new. The beds were extremely comfortable, the sheets and towels extremely clean and the air conditioners in the bedrooms worked very well to keep us chilled. The location was really convenient: 7-min drive to the center of Rincon and just a few minutes drive to the main road for great tacos, breakfast options, supermarket etc. We’re hoping Jennifer’s will be available for us to book again when we come back to Rincon!
